Message	That's great news! I have been wondering for ages how long it would take for the U.S. to make some changes in this critical area. Not only is it extremely frustrating to be "trapped" behind a slow moving vehicle in the fast lane but it causes alot of traffic jams. Seems like almost daily that I see someone droning along on the fast lane and, inevitably, cars are forced to move to the right to pass. Sometimes, cars are forced to move 2 or 3 lanes to the right just to get around one slow car blocking the number 1 lane. This will greatly improve traffic flow and keep road rage down!
